YES Tech collects and uses information about you so that we can create a better e-commerce product and digital experience for everyone.
This Privacy Policy allows you to understand how we collect, use, and share personal information. We may update this policy if changes are required. We will notify you of any significant changes via email.
Why we collect personal data and what we collect
We mostly process information when we need to do so for contractual purposes (to confirm your subscription to the NitroSell software service). We may also process your information where we work with someone that needs your information to provide you with a service including:

- providing reporting, marketing, or advertising services
- preventing risk or fraud
- improving our current product
These are among the main reasons we would ever share your personal information which is always for the benefit of your online business. With this, there are a number of restrictions over what we do with your information, how long we keep your information, and how we protect what information we do have.
Contact forms
We store user information submitted through our contact forms on this website, along with other information about the submission including the location and timezone that the form was submitted from.

We use cookies and other tracking technologies on our website. We currently use Google Analytics and similar services to gather information like location-based data regarding the state or country from which you accessed our website.
We also use tools like Hotjar to gather information about how you use our website so we can deliver a better experience for you and all website users.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

How long we retain your data
We don’t set a time limit on information storage. If you want your information removed from our database, please contact us. If you have concerns over your privacy, we will ensure to remove your information as soon as possible.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
We use the Contact Form 7 plugin to manage contact form submissions. The information is sent as email messages that only a select number of people can access. The information is also stored in the database on our hosting server for backup purposes.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
