Prior to the redesign, Landscape Restaurant relied heavily on third-party delivery platforms like SkipTheDishes, which charge substantial commission fees, thereby reducing the restaurant’s profit margins. Additionally, their existing website lacked interactive features, limiting direct customer engagement and increasing dependence on external platforms. The challenge was to develop a self-managed, cost-effective online ordering solution that would empower the restaurant to control its sales channels and enhance profitability.
